Golf Cupcakes
Do you ever wonder about the origins of golf?
Some said it originated from the Romans, some said it originated from the Chinese. It also could have been originated from the Persia or maybe Scotland. Well one thing I know for sure is I never play golf before, unless playing Mini Golf Castles by Digital Chocolate on my husband hand-phone is considered as playing golf... hehehe!
When I was a kid, my elder brother told me once g.o.l.f. stands for 'golongon orang lemah fikiran'... sorry no offence intended here but I used to believe him... hahaha!
I know.. I know... to win a major golf championship isn't easy, any championship for that matter. It took me half a dozen rounds of Mini Golf Castles before I master the controls and another half a dozen rounds of the same tournament before I scored the highest! If I would play golf for real it will take years to master skills needed! Heh.. but no thank you! I don't think I will ever play golf for real! But I do tempted to play crazy golf! Watched Mr Bean play crazy golf and it look much more fun than the normal golf course!
Opss long story... anyway back to my cupcakes y'all!
These cupcakes was ordered by Nora to surprise her beloved husband on his birthday.
Chocolate butter-cupcakes with basic buttercream.
Enjoy the pictures!

Celtics Cupcakes
Oh basketball theme! My husband love basketball ! He play basketball... eat basketball... sleep basketball! Hehehe... don't get me wrong! I love basketball too! I used to play basketball every time I had the chance to play when I was in junior high school... before the accident happened. I accidentally fell and fractured my backbone! Oh but I'm still lucky because I could have been paralyzed but I didn't. It took three years before I was fully recovered. By then I was already in MRSM... and no girls play basketball! Huhuhu...
So anyway, this order came from Abby for her husband. Isn't that sweet!
What?! Oh no... oh no... these cupcakes wasn't for my husband... he's Cavelier fan! Hehehe...
These are Marble butter-cupcakes with vanilla french buttercream.
Enjoy my pictures y'all!
Wonder why I choosed the numbers? Okay okay... 5 is for Garnett, 9 is for Rondo, 20 is for Allen and 34 is for Pierce. Well I don't know at first... but my husband told me. They are the star players of Celtics. If I'm wrong please don't get angry with me... get angry at my husband! Heh...
Okay, thanks for stopping by y'all!

Jersey Cake
I love to try new project to improve myself in cake decorating. When my cousin emailed me a picture of a jersey cake I just have to try and make the same thing. I never done a fondant cake before so this was a good oportunity for me to make one!

I had a few difficulties while layering the fondant on top and around the cake but it was a lot of fun for me. It wasn't perfect, but hey like I said it was my first try on fondant cake.
Can't wait to do more fondant cakes!

By the way I gave it away to my cousin, who gave me the idea to make this cake.
Manchester United Cuppies
ManU fan anyone?
I made sixteen of them altogether for my cousin's friend birthday. He's definitely one!

They are made from chocolate cupcakes brushed with vanilla sugar syrup. I made the logos with royal icing on top of ready-made rolled fondant after many practises of drawing it free-hand with royal icing on a practise board. Fewh!
